Full Service Design

Just give us the (metaphorical) keys and we will take it from there! If you're looking to do a massive renovation, spruce up a room or two or tackle some new furnishings we've got you. With our full service design option, we will handle everything from project management, down to the styling so you can walk in to a completely finished space and sit back and relax (think HGTV experience!). 

All full service projects begin with a mandatory 1 hour consultation so we can really dig in to all of the dirty details and get you the most accurate estimate for your project.

Designer for a Day

Think you know what you want but need a professional opinion to ensure your design is cohesive? Not sure which new sofa will work best? Want help styling your space? We've got a service for that. Designer for a Day includes 4-6 hours of one on one time with our Principal Designer going over any pain points you may have, including but not limited to:

  • space planning for a renovation

  • furniture layouts and recommendations

  • material selections

  • shopping and styling 1 or 2 rooms (based on sqft)

  • selection and specifications of paint colors and sheens

  • lighting selections and recommendations

Time can be split between in-home needs and supplier/shopping visits.

Design Consultation

If you're looking for some advice from paint colours to furniture layouts, we can tackle your burning questions with a 1 to 2-hour in home consultation based on your needs. Once you've booked a consult with us, we will send you our "Get Ready Guide" which will give you all the hot tips to best prepare for our time together - because we are all about efficiency around here!

Our Process

A quick snapshot of our Full-Service process so you don't have to wonder what comes next.

DISCOVERY CALL & INITIAL CONSULTATION

After we receive the intake form, we will book a 20 min call to hear more about your project and your goals. Once we decide which service is right for you, we will book a 1-2 hour in-home consultation based on your needs.

APPROVALS & ORDERING

Once we get the go ahead from you on all pieces, we deal with all of the ordering, tracking, shipping and any issues that arise (because if you've ever ordered furniture online, you know it will happen!). We will update you regularly on where your stuff is and when we can expect the pieces to arrive.

FINAL INSTALLATION

The big day is here!! We will plan a day or two to have all of the furniture delivered, artwork hung and all styling completed so you can come home to your new, beautiful space. Celebratory drinks included!

PROPOSAL & DESIGN PHASE

First comes the fee proposal based on the scope of work discussed in the consult. Once the proposal is approved, we will collect a retainer and get to work on the fun stuff! We will have an initial concept meeting to go over inspiration, colour schemes, layouts, and overall design direction and then get into the nitty gritty of furniture and material selections.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Working alongside the General Contractor, we will make regular site visits to ensure the vision comes to fruition. We will communicate frequently with the GC and other trades and make sure you are regularly informed and updated with progress, good or bad (because we are all about transparency around here!).
